Welcome to the IntegratedHealth PlanYou start with a comprehensive physical and non-physical assessement. You can bring your health history and med. reports with you so that we are able to consider exsisting and important data about you.As a result of our assessment we will discuss with you your heath plan for the next three month, what your goals are and how you can accomplish them within the available time. These three month are divided into three phases: Acute, Consolidation and Stabilization Phase.Under special circumstances these phases can be extended.During the Acute Phase we will focus on pain and pain management allowing the body to help healing itself. You will learn scientific proven methods to self-regulate your pain awareness. BodyTalk will also set the body into a different energy pattern at a higher level of synchronization and self-healing abilities. The Consolidation Phase combines release techniques and alignement applications for an improved sense of health and wellness. With improved mobility and stabilization the body can re-pattern unwanted movement or reactive response pattern.The Stabilization Phase includes fostering a new body blueprint and mastering new movement and emotional patterns.
